The majority of the content is audio--so you can listen ON THE GO! And I do recommend you our daily journal habit that takes 2-4 minutes MAX!
But other than that, you can read my fun weekly reminder texts, glance at the emails, and listen to the audios each month and you will STILL SEE AMAZING BENEFITS!
If you’re having a really hard day, week or month, you might want to listen to the FEEL GOOD audio over and over, do a 15-minute gratitude practice AND do a worksheet EVERY day or week.
